With our new digital sublimation process there are no limits to the colors you can use… EXCEPT for the front and back panels of shorts and bibs. These are made in a Nylon/Lycra blend that does not hold colors well and are impacted by the heat in the sublimation process.  This material does come in seven different colors you can choose from (See the Nylon/Lycra color pantone below).   It is not always possible to replicate the exact same color of the Nylon/Lycra sections of bibs and shorts, particularly the black tones using our digital sublimation process.  However we can achieve the proper color match using standard screen printing, but that process limits the colors available for printing and thus your design options.  Screen printing options involves additional costs and may take longer to ship.  Our Sales and Customer Service can provide estimates for products requiring screen printing.
