Welcome to our full customization
process. We hope to make this an exciting and personal experience
for you. Let us know if you have a design and simply need us to
make it fit the template of your choice, or if you have an idea of
what you want and would like our designers to put it together based
on your input. With our new digital process there are no limits to
the colors you can use… EXCEPT for the front and back panels
of shorts and bibs. These are made in a Nylon/Lycra blend that does
not hold colors well and are impacted by the heat in the sublimation
process. This material does come in seven different colors you can
choose from (See Colors
section to see the pantone for this material). This is
important to know when making your design.
Design Fees
There is no design fee for
applying your final design to the template and making necessary
adjustments. However we do charge a US $50.00 designer fee for
turning your concept into a final design or if we need to make
significant adjustments to make your design fit the patterns
(vectoring). This fee is deducted from the total bill for orders of
12 or more items. Some times customers want more than one design.
The fee applies to each unique design concept our designers work on.
Legal Note:
Proprietary logos, trademarks or
copyrighted materials must come accompanied by a letter that gives
Custom Cycling Gear specific permission to use these proprietary
design elements on your gear. Examples of proprietary material
include company logos, quoted material, images from movies,
cartoons, any sports team, etc.
We reserve the right to not
transfer any material that is considered extremely graphic (in terms
of sex or violence), or material that is directly intended to be
degrading or racist. Generally we trust that our customers have
considered the social implications of their designs, but respect
their freedom of expression. Full custom orders include a release
statement that releases us from responsibility for any legal action
arising from our customer’s design(s).

I
have a design already!
Okay, so you are committed to
making this design all your own. If you are a consummate artist and
have your own design ready to go GREAT! Send us your design via
e-mail at
design@customcyclinggear.com. We work with designs made in
Photoshop, Corel Draw or Adobe Illustrator saved in a AI, CDR or EPS
format (for best results save it in 150-300 dpi). Our designers will
apply the design to the uniform template you selected and send it
back for your review. Our designers will work with you to make sure
you are happy with how your design fits the gear. Note that there
may be a fee for complex designs needing to be vectorized. Also
keep in mind that some colors may not print the same on fabric as
they do on paper. We can work with you to make sure you get the
tones you want.

I have a concept of what I want but need help with
the art.
If you have a concept and us to
help you finalize it simply download the appropriate template for
the type of uniform you want (Road,
BMX,
Time Trial or
Triathlon) and print it out to
use it as a canvas. Sketch your idea or concept on the template and
either scan it and e-mail it to us to
design@customcyclinggear.com or fax it to us to (713) 589-5280.
Our Designers will prepare a professional draft of your design and
send it back for you to review and make changes as needed. This
service requires a US $50 designer’s fee per each unique concept*
you submit. Also keep in mind that some colors may not print the
same on fabric as they do on paper. We can work with you to make
sure you get the tones you want.

Once you are happy with the
design, give us your final approval and we are ready to order. You
can do this quickly either calling us at

Make sure you
have the right sizes you
need (we do not offer children sizes at this time).

You may order
a sample kit in
the sizes needed to make sure you will get the right size
(Sample kits require a deposit of US $25 per kit refundable upon
return.)

Fill out the
form completely. Make sure to list the preferred method for
contacting you and the right shipping address.

Send the form
to us by e-mail at
info@customcyclinggear.com or fax it to us to (713) 589-5280.
A sales
representative will follow up on each order submitted to verify the
order and your final design approval. We will require a 50% down
payment at the time of order. Allow four to six weeks for delivery
from the time the final design is approved. Holidays, severe
weather or natural disasters may cause unintended delays in
delivery.
We
accept the following payments methods for your convenience: Major
credit Cards (Visa / Master Card, Discover and American Express),
Personal or Bussiness Checks and Paypal.

Shipments
are handled through Federal Express or United States Postal
Services, regular delivery. Alternate shipping methods can be
arranged per customer request at the additional cost.
Holidays,
severe weather or natural disasters may cause unintended delays in
delivery.
*A unique
concept is based on the main elements of the design; not the colors
or placement on the gear. Logos are also considered main design
elements as they relate to the other design elements, in other
words, you can change logos as long as a change of logos does not
require that the designer make significant changes to the overall
design.
