Welcome to our Semi-custom
process. While this process involves selecting any of our five
basic designs, you can change colors or add a couple of design
elements to make it your own. Any additional design elements
(except for your logo, company name or trademark) may involve an
additional cost for orders of fewer than 12 items. We will make sure
you know if a change you which to make can result in an additional
charge.
With our new digital process
there are no limits to the colors you can use… EXCEPT for the
front and back panels of shorts and bibs. These are made in a
Nylon/Lycra blend that does not hold colors well and are impacted by
the heat in the sublimation process. This material does come in
seven different colors you can choose from (See Colors
section to see the pantone for this material). This is important
to know when choosing your design.
Design Fees
Generally there is no design fee
for semi-custom designs unless you choose to add additional design
elements (except logos, company name or trademarks). Any design fee
is deducted from the total bill for orders of 12 or more items.
Legal Note:
Proprietary logos, trademarks or
copyrighted materials must come accompanied by a letter that gives
Custom Cycling Gear specific permission to use these proprietary
design elements on your gear. Examples of proprietary material
include company logos, quoted material, images from movies,
cartoons, any sports team, etc.
We reserve the right to not
transfer any material that is considered extremely graphic (in terms
of sex or violence), or material that is directly intended to be
degrading or racist. Generally, we trust that our customers have
considered the social implications of their designs, and respect
their freedom of expression. Semi-custom orders include a release
statement that releases Custom Cycling Gear and its employees from
responsibility for any legal action arising from a customer approved
design(s).

Select colors
You may also choose to add other
design elements but these may involve an additional cost. Our
representatives will let you know if a suggested change to the base
design will cause an additional charge before you approve the final
design.

Step: Ordering your custom gear.
Once you are happy with the
design, give us your final approval and we are ready to order. You
can do this quickly either calling us at

one of our sales representatives will assist you, or by following
these simple steps

Make sure you
have the right sizes you
need (we do not offer children sizes at this time).

You may order
a sample kit in
the sizes needed to make sure you will get the right size
(Sample kits require a deposit of US $25 per kit refundable upon
return.)

Fill out the
form completely. Make sure to list the preferred method for
contacting you and the right shipping address.

to us by e-mail at
info@customcyclinggear.com or fax it to us to (713) 589-5280.
A sales representative will
follow up on each order submitted to verify the order and your final
design approval. We will require a 50% down payment at the time of
order. Allow four to six weeks for delivery from the time you
authorize the final design and order.
Product Delivery
Shipments are handled through
Federal Express or United States Postal Services, regular delivery.
Alternate shipping methods can be arranged per customer request at
the additional cost.
Holidays, severe weather or
natural disasters may cause unintended delays in delivery.
Billing (Final Payment)
Unless otherwise arranged, full
payment of the remaining balance must be made at the time the order
is shipped. For your convenience we accept Visa™, Mastercard™,
American Express™, Discover™, Personal and Business Checks(1)
or via Paypal™
(1) We will
charge a US $40 administrative fee for each returned check.
